President Linette Caroselli is proud to serve as the 4 th leader of the Foundation. Like her predecessors, she is passionate about the Seven of ‘1922’ and their vision to improve the quality of life for women and children in our communities. Persistent, open-minded and innovative, President Caroselli has been a member of Sigma for 30+ years. She has served the organization in various capacities from Basileus to Northeastern Region Undergraduate Chapter Coordinator. She is proud to share her love of Sigma with her daughter and sister and is looking forward to the day her nieces join the sisterhood too.
She is a K-12 teacher and administrator earning a bachelor's degree from Bloomfield College in English Communications and a master’s in educational administration from Grand Canyon University. Having taught over 3,000 students in New Jersey and Arizona, she is proud to groom young minds and motivate educators to meet their full potential. Even as an administrator, she loves being in the classroom. “Seeing scholars’ light bulbs go off is so exciting to me!” This is why she is so thrilled about Seven Pearls’ new initiative, ‘In Front of the Class’. A native New Yorker, Linette loves to travel the world and share her experiences with her students. She has traveled all over the U.S., Europe, Asia and the Caribbean islands. President Caroselli believes so much in the mission of the Seven Pearls Foundation; she is one of its top donors. “I believe having a beautiful corporate headquarters is not only representative of us as global leaders but as the impactful sophisticated change makers we are as Sigma women.” She is very pleased with the feat the Board has accomplished. “Having paid the mortgage off two years early shows the steadfastness and excellent stewardship these ladies bring to the table.” She also serves as the President of the Kappa Eta Sigma Alumnae chapter in Scottsdale, Arizona. Under her leadership the chapter hosts the largest attended Youth Symposium in the sorority. Everything she does for the Foundation is for the Seven of ‘1922’. |
